It accepts a standard 9-12VDC at 100mA power connector not included, but I just used my existing Voodoo Lab Pedal Power Unit for convenience. I picked this up last year and it has never left my pet smoke-free home studio since. It has only received light use. After a careful inspection, I cannot find any other signs of wear at all.

There are a couple faint, minor marks on the housing, but that's it. This unit is in excellent condition, functions perfectly, and sounds great.
