The itself suffered no damage. The logo plate has a crack. The lead channel also has pull aggression switch and mellow. Two channels with separate clean channel volume control as well a gain and preamps for the lead.

This is a Mitch Colby era Park Rock Head. It has two EL-34s and 3 12AX7 The original handle, feet and back panel were reused. The head shell is a replacement for the original that was damaged beyond repair during shipping.
