Details:

The box is a little beat up but still decent condition. All foot switches work as they should and all the Leds light up. Included with the pedal is original box, which may be one of very few left that aren in a landfill or pile ash. Its here somewhere but have been unsuccessful finding it so far.

Again, only the foot switch its self and box is included in this purchase, not cable to connect head. These rarely pop up online. If I happen to eventually find the cable, would mail it address you sent me free of charge. Please look at all the images for views of any cosmetic imperfections.

Everything works perfect. Unfortunately I do not have the cable that connects to it but one can be ordered online and are relatively inexpensive, generic will work just fine. As far as I know its the only OEM mode four foot switch online right now. Fully functional, some scratches here and there but nothing noticeable from more than a few feet away.
