They ve been re-biased properly, of course. In this model and other JTM variants, the standby switch/circuit can sometimes trip fuse. Super clean inside and out. I also went ahead and replaced the rectifier tube with a new JJ GZ34, which is vast improvement over stock Marshall.

Tube rectifier amps such as the JTM do not require use of Standby. Any further questions feel free to ask, thanks. Preamps has 3 new EHX 12AX7 Previous owner bought new and didn end up playing it much.

Its best to keep standby in the on position and avoid using if at all possible. I m not one to typically overstate condition, but this is in excellent condition. Tons of glassy cleans to vintage grit on tap. A word to the wise.

Add a fuzz and vibe your in Hendrix heaven. I also recommend that you wait until the is off for a minute or so before powering back on. These really liven up the amps sonic and are an excellent compliment to JTM45 circuit. It spent its entire life sitting in a clean, smoke free studio environment.

This thing sounds incredible, especially compered between the treble and normal channels as one does with a Marshall. I refreshed the power tubes with a nice new set of Ting Sol vintage reissue 5881.
