I did once buy a Mercury Magnetic Output Transformer directly from Doug White at Jet City for it. I installed it. This is an amazing amp. Jet City JCA50 50 Watt Tube Head, Soldano.

I'm just not playing anymore so time to let it go. This one has not been modded, or a donor for learning. I have owned this head for 14 years. Used just in my personal studio, climate controlled, perfect environment.

I prefer this look to the stock blue 333 baffle. It sounded cold and sterile to me, I did not care for it. It has been my main head for recording. You just can't beat Mike Soldano at his own game, and my understanding is that he was very specific on the transformer design used in JCA heads.

I prefer a vintage look, so used the original rear baffle and covered mesh with Cain grill cloth, ordered new different Jet City Logo from JCA22 that on front. If you are local in the east valley Phoenix, I can probably meet for pickup.
