Great for small-medium gigs, put a good overdrive and whatever else, in front of it off you go. Really great sounding amp, the mid-60s Gibson amps are sleepers as earlier ones go up in price. Original 10 Jensen speaker replaced with new Ted Weber Ferryman's 50w speaker, loads of clean headroom. Also come with original speaker.

Kind of like a vintage Princeton, for lot less. Plate voltage is 8w at idle, 16w clipping, I was told by tech. Has original foot switch to activate reverb and tremolo, assuming it gets fixed. Very chimney sounding amp, these amps were designed primarily for hamburgers, but roll back the treble and single coils are just fine.

Vintage 1965 Gibson Explorer GA-15RVT Tube Combo for sale, recently serviced, sold as is. Ironically the tech couldn't resolve tremolo circuit, but reverb works, very wet and drippy turned up.
