Comes with a power cord, the standard foot switch and bag/cover, DIY attenuate I've been using. Works perfectly and sounds amazing, I'm just not playing as much I used. I installed new 6L6 power tubes and biased them maybe 50 hours ago. The only issue is that the previous owner somehow bent metal loop pieces on either side of bottom front.
