I don't have experience with fixing these, but did confirm that the speaker is not damaged. I was still able to hear the input, but with a very loud hum at same time. This is a new amp, however when I hook the speaker up to it picks lot of noise / loud hum, as if wire crossed somewhere. I didn't run it very long as want to damage.
Has a small imperfection in the leather on side. Going off what I read online, its possible that the tube got damaged in shipping.
